Design a simple, clear, integrated model that is easy to manage.

Approach

We set the agencies a challenge: to produce a considered, democratic response that worked for everyone … in two weeks. I then led a series of practical workshops that produced a practical response in the form of an effective collaborative process. The key was creating a productive, safe atmosphere with clear objectives that placed the client, not individual agencies, at the centre of things.
