I have led creative teams. I directed & led workshops for The Royal Opera House & at ENO, National Theatre & Opera North. I collaborated on commissions with composers, designers, librettists, choreographers & producers.

I was involved in the education & training department at The National Theatre, where I began to connect the work I have done in the worlds of corporate development, learning & theatre.

I’ve taught at a senior level & still advise at policy level, working with senior academics.

What I do is deconstruct thinking & theory & represent it in a way that is more engaging, emotional & hopefully,  more useful. I avoid management speak, am action focused & fun.

I’ve built a flexible business based around what I’m good at & love doing.

I’d like to think that simplicity is at the core of everything I do.
