I have led creative teams. I directed & led workshops for The Royal Opera House & at ENO, National Theatre & Opera North. I collaborated on commissions with composers, designers, librettists, choreographers & producers.

I was involved in the education & training department at The National Theatre, where I began to connect the work I have done in the worlds of corporate development, learning & theatre.

I have taught at a senior level & still advise at policy level, working with senior academics. I use my knowledge of leadership & management to inform my development work.

What I do is deconstruct thinking & theory & represent it in a way that is more engaging, emotional & hopefully,  more useful. I avoid management speak, am action focused & fun.
